Are all flats furnished?

Yes, all flats have been furnished with care where attention to details has been cared for.

Do I need to bring my bed sheets, pillows, duvet and towels?

Everything is provided. No need to worry!

​

Do all flats come with cleaning services? Are they compulsory?

​

If you stay more than ten days, the cleaning service will handle your flat on a weekly basis. Towels and bed linens will be replaced. The cleaning service is part of the services provided and are compulsory.

Is there private parking with the flats?

​

The flats and studios are located in the city. We would recommend guests to use public transportation. Still if a car is brought along, there is street parking in blue zones which is free and allowed for an hour during week days. No time limit on Sundays. There are covered parkings arround where a daily fee in Lausanne is about CHF 25.

 

What are check-in and check-out times?

Check-in time is 5pm and check-out is 11am. For special arrangements, please get in touch. If you arrive earlier than 5pm we suggest that you drop your suitcases at Lausanne train station where lockers are available either for a few hours or full day.

 

Are pets allowed?

Unfortunately we do not accept pets.

 

Do you have baby cots?

​

We do have some baby cots. Please get in touch for arrangements. 

​

Can I receive mail?

​

Yes, a mailbox can be set up for guest staying for longer periods.

 

How do I collect the flat's key?

Self check-in instructions will be sent you when you book.

How do I get to the buildings?

​

Each ad for the flats contains the full address of the building. We suggest you enter the address on Google Maps which will give you the best advice to get there either with your own car or with public transports.
